- Do I have to install anything?
Kind of! To make TenantGenius work fully, you’ll need to install a Chrome extension; but you can use the core functionality without it!
- Is my data secure?
Yes! Security is our top priority, and we built TenantGenius from the ground up to make sure your applicants, unit information, and personal data is secure. You don’t have to worry about staying up-to-date or your data being compromised. The technology TenantGenius is built on, Bubble, undergoes regular vulnerability testing (including OWASP Top 10).

Yes! TenantGenius’ data is hosted on the largest public cloud cluster in the world (powered by Amazon Web Services and backed up by CloudFlare Security), we can handle unlimited ability to scale. Whether you have one unit or 500+, it’s fine!
- How long are your contracts?
There are NO long-term contracts or commitments. You can use TenantGenius month to month, and cancel at any time you’d like! If you do purchase an annual plan, we’ll reward your loyalty with a 25% discount from the monthly rate.
- If I have questions, is there someone I can talk to?
Yes! We offer support via email in English, Russian, and Spanish with a guaranteed 12 hour response time, 365 days per year.
- If I cancel my TenantGenius account, will I lose my data?
As with most “software-as-a-service” platforms, when you cancel your account, your data will become inaccessible. But don’t worry! Your data won’t be permanently deleted until a year after you’ve canceled your account. Until then, you can come back and pick back up where you left off.
